My beloved Samson is in need of a series of tests to determine why his oxygen level frequently dips causing him to collapse when he gets hyper and/or stressed.

tl:dr

Samson needs expensive diagnostic tests and I need help paying for them. Depending on his need, it could be anywhere from $900 to $5000+

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

He started with a cough and an occasional blueish tongue now and then about a month ago.

Two weeks ago at the veterinary clinic he collapsed into convulsions during the visit. They put him in oxygen and sent him home when he was stable.

That night he had two more episodes and I took him to the veterinary ER. His neurological tests were fine and he was stable so they sent him home with me until we could get in with Internal Medicine.

That appointment was today. He collapsed twice before they even took him in back. As of this writing, Samson is on oxygen in ICU.

He is getting an X-ray, echocardiogram, and a device to monitor his heart for 24 hours. That’s a total of $1900.

If he needs a CT scan, that will bring the balance up to $5000

I don’t even know what the costs would be if they have to keep him overnight.

Even if I max out my credit, I cannot afford a bill of $1900, let alone $5000.

I am asking for any amount of financial support you can offer. Every little bit helps.
