Support Sam's Recovery Journey

UPDATE- We have increased our goal for Sam and Madison due to increasing expenses. The addition proceeds will help with costs for medical equipment, medical expenses, and transportation needs.

My name is Taelor Cummins and my husband, Ross, and I have been long time friends of Sam Eye and Madison Howard..

On July 22nd, Sam was found unable to move or walk and was taken to the hospital where it was later determined that he had developed an autoimmune disorder which is causing severe swelling to his spinal cord. Sam will be facing lots of difficult and expensive medical treatments, weeks of inpatient therapy, and months of out patient therapy. Madison has been out of work and by his side the entire time and Sam, being self employed, will be out of work for the foreseeable future.

We are organizing this in an attempt to lighten their financial burden during this time and allow Sam to focus on recovery and Madison to focus on being with him.
