I'm Samson Winsor, and I'm suing my former employer.

I've endured sexual harassment, sexual assault, and retaliatory backlash for trying to speak out and report evidence. After speaking with multiple attorneys, I have overwhelming confirmation that I have a case to bring this and several other charges forward.

I cannot speak in further detail at this time due to the sensitivity of this case and my privacy, especially online, but this is a company owned by one of the largest media companies in the world. I intend to come forward with my story once it's safe for me to share it. There is a plethora of evidence, including but not limited to vicarious liability, photos/screenshots, audio, and email threads to support my accusations and underline the severity of my experience.

I've always been passionate about standing up for others and about the equity of all under the law. I refuse to back down simply due to not being able to afford legal counsel on my own. After all the work I've done to stand up for myself, I refuse to back down now.

The only catch is, I only have so much time to file these charges through an attorney. I need your help to reach this goal by February 28th, 2025 so I can pay my lawyer and continue the work.
