Support Sam's Journey with Early Onset Alzheimer's

Hey there. I'm Sam, and on April 3, 2025, at 45 years old, I was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease.

I'm making this because people keep asking me how they can help, and I just don't have an answer for them. Someone suggested this, and honestly, every little bit helps right now.

My medical needs are taken care of by insurance, but my treatments will have me driving over an hour away every 2 weeks for the foreseeable future. I will also need to make modifications to my lifestyle. Most importantly, this diagnosis is happening to my family just as much as it's happening to me, and I want to do whatever I can to lessen the load for them.

Donations will be used toward gas, basic needs, home modifications, and the ability to access resources and pay bills while the dust settles a little bit. Every dollar is truly a blessing.
