Help Sam with emergency medical expenses.

On Wednesday July 24th, Sam was found in his office unable to speak or respond properly. After calling 911 and getting him to the hospital, he was admitted to the ICU for sepsis. With the amazing help and care of the staff at Tarzana Hospital he was on the road to recovery. There were delays and bumps in the road since Sam is wheelchair bound from Muscular Dystrophy but they worked doubly hard to make sure they could get him out of the ICU as soon as possible. After 3 weeks Sam was released to come home. He is however waiting for another minor surgery in a few weeks to get him back to 100%. With the initial hospital stay behind us we are expecting a lot of medical bills, uncovered expenses and copays to start coming in, as well as extra bills from his upcoming surgery. Additionally while recovering at home he is going to need extra care from caretakers while he gets back into his routine and gains his strength. This is where we would gratefully and immensely appreciate your help. We hope that nobody has to go through something like this and those of you that have, you know how hard it can be to juggle finances, as well as recovery.
