In July 2025, my life changed when I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Since then, I have undergone six months of chemotherapy, had part of my colon surgically removed, and had a hepatic artery infusion pump placed to treat liver metastases. I am now recovering from surgery and preparing for the next phase of chemotherapy.
This fundraiser is to support me through treatment and the recovery period — until I am strong enough to return to actively working again.
Cancer treatment at this level is extraordinarily expensive. By the time my treatment course is complete, the total cost of care could exceed $1 million. I am fortunate to have very good insurance, and I am deeply grateful for that. However, insurance does not cover everything. I am responsible for significant out-of-pocket costs including co-pays, deductibles, prescription medications, hospital bills, specialist visits etc.
At the same time, basic living expenses continue while I focus on healing.
I have always tried to be someone who supports others. Asking for help is not easy for me. But during this season of treatment and recovery, I truly need the support of my community.
If you are able to contribute, please know that any amount makes a meaningful difference. If you cannot donate, sharing my story or sending encouragement is equally appreciated.
Your support is helping carry me through this fight so that I can return to living, working, and serving others again.
Thank you for standing with me.
