Sam has been facing the immense challenge of stage 5 kidney failure at only 31 years old and is undergoing dialysis treatments to stay alive. This journey is incredibly taxing both physically and financially for him and his fiancé.

The costs of ongoing medical care, dialysis sessions, and associated expenses are overwhelming. Sam and his fiancé Shauna have always been a source of strength and inspiration for those around them, but now they need our help.
