Support Sammy Marciano's Long Road to Recovery

Hi, this is Sammy Marciano. He's 14 years old. Some of you may know him through his parents, Sam & Michelle (Vallone) Marciano, or his siblings, Nicky & Gianna.

Sammy is the sweetest boy!! He has a heart of gold. To know him is to love him at first sight.

Two months ago, in September, Sammy got very sick. After many trips to the pediatrician, urgent care, and the ER, he was finally diagnosed with PPT (Pott's Puffy Tumor). Pott's Puffy Tumor is a rare, life-threatening condition. Since the diagnosis, Sammy has gone through SIX surgeries, and the last one was to take off half of his infected skull.

Can you imagine this starting from a sinus infection? One that they didn't know he had as his symptoms were a stuffy nose and a headache. After talking with his mother, Michelle, it is very important to their family to get awareness out about PPT. Research and know the signs.

On behalf of myself and Michelle's other besties, we are humbly asking you to support Sammy and the Marcianos. They are the people who come running to help when someone is in trouble or in need.

Sammy's needs when he comes home will be more than insurance will cover. We would like to take some financial stress off of the family so they can concentrate on Sammy's recovery. His recovery is going to take a very long time. He's a strong kid, and we are all cheering him on!
