hello, my name is sammi and i'm a patient care technician in a hospital. my mom had a stroke and her life is changing, and her left side doesn't work nearly as much as it used to (that is her dominant side).

my mom is such a hardworking person. she works hard for her family, between yard work for her brother, her own yard work & house, for me and my house, and caring for my grandma for 7 years before she passed. she went through so much during her childhood, her first marriage, and she lost her son in 2011. to see her alive today is truly such a blessing.

my dad works very hard as well, but in this economy, my parents are living paycheck to paycheck. my mom also doesn't have insurance, as she's been healthy this whole time leading up to her stroke.

i also live paycheck to paycheck, and would love if there was anyone willing to help with her medical bills and the medications she's starting.

i love my mom and i want her to see the day i get married and have her grandchildren. she truly has shaped me to be the hardworking person i am today.
