Hi. I’m Samira. I’m a disabled, oxygen dependent woman who needs help. I live in Upstate New York and we have had a horrible winter. Back to back snowstorms have made our world hell in ice. 5ft icicles and 6+ feet banks. I am uncomfortable just going outside for the mail. A couple of days ago my bedroom ceiling on the first floor started leaking. It is now leaking in multiple spots. Unfortunately the accumulation of snow and ice won’t allow proper drainage and the water has found an alternative path, my bedroom!

I am asking for help to get my roof shoveled and repair cost. Please help!
