Our friend Sami Jassim, owner of PTO Coffee and resident of Dogpatch, was severely injured in a bicycle accident on Illinois and 3rd Street. Despite being careful and obeying the rules of the road, he was hit by a car door and rushed to the hospital. After multiple surgeries to repair his left leg, he is now confined to a wheelchair for months as he recovers!

This fundraising effort is intended to help Sami pay living expenses and other costs associated with his recovery. It's expensive living in SF, but with our help he can get through this and hopefully be seen walking around Dogpatch again soon.
