Support Samaria Appleton's Road to Recovery

My name is Ciara Farrar. My daughter Samaria Appleton was struck by a car on Friday November 1st. The driver left my daughter at the scene. We have no license plates nor any information on the person. Which leaves us in emotional distress. I am currently off work due to having to be by my daughters side. My daughter is suffering from right superior and inferior pubic rami fractures. Which could result in possible surgery along with extensive counseling and possible rehab which may result out of pocket cost for us. I am asking for your help.
