Hi my name is Adelelene and I am creating this fundraiser for my friend Samar in Gaza.

Samar’s message

My name is Samar and I live in Al-Nuseirat camp, in the middle of the Gaza Strip. I am a mother of two children, and my family is facing unimaginable hardship.

We have been displaced more than seven times due to repeated conflicts. Each time, we have lost everything—our home, our belongings, our sense of safety. Most recently, our house was completely destroyed.

My husband, who used to work as a mason, is now unemployed. He was shot in the stomach, and his spine was severely injured at the fifth vertebra. He cannot walk and requires constant care and medical attention.

We currently live in a rented house, surviving only through the kindness of donations from others. My children are constantly sick from hunger, thirst, environmental pollution, and lack of proper nutrition.

We are desperate. We need urgent support to survive. We need:

Food and clean drinking water for my children and family

Rent assistance so we are not left homeless again

Medical care and medicines for my husband, who cannot walk

I appeal to the compassion of the world—please do not ignore us. Every contribution, no matter how small, can help my family survive. We are living through extreme suffering and uncertainty, and your support could save our lives.
