Last week June 10, Samantha Almendarez was commuting to her job when the driver of the car lost control and was involved in a rollover collision. This collision caused Samantha to sever part of her spine, and she is currently in the ICU in critical condition at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.
