As many of you know, Sam "I AM" Sandoval, has been such a joy to so many of us through friendship and work. His passion for joy has made him a friend to many of us, but right now, he’s facing quite a fight ahead.

Sam was diagnosed with rectal cancer at the end of 2024. As he is self-employed, he doesn't have the luxury of traditional sick leave. On top of that, the nature of his work requires frequent travel, which makes scheduling chemotherapy treatments, doctor’s appointments, and essential care incredibly challenging. He’s been juggling his treatment around work trips, but the strain (as you can imagine) can become overwhelming.

This is where we can make a difference.

We’re hoping to raise funds that will give Sam the flexibility he needs to prioritize his health, reduce his stress, and focus on his recovery. Your contributions will help with:

Medical Costs: Covering the expenses of doctor's visits, treatments, and medications, including chemotherapy.
Living Expenses: Providing a financial cushion for his living expenses so he can be a little more selective of work commitments, prioritizing his treatments.
