Hey guys, my name is Sam Jones, and I am a 17 year old in highschool asking for your guys help. After years of saving and working my ass off, 3 weeks ago I bought my dream car. A 1997 Mitsubishi eclipse, with only 80k miles on it. I loved every piece of it and would sit in it after school, just to marvel at what I worked for. On Friday the 12th, a careless driver on his phone, swerved into my lane and stopped in the middle of a busy rush hour street because he missed his turn. I couldn’t break in time and slammed into the back of him. Police arrived and the guy completely changed the story once the cops said that they couldn’t find any cameras and blamed it all on me. Due to me living in California, it is entirely my fault because I rear ended him.
