Support Sam Gilbert’s accident recovery

Hello friends and family.

7 months ago, I was in a terrible accident. A driver ran a red light and T-boned me on the driver's side. To say this has turned my whole life on its head would be an understatement. Going through all of my treatment and trying to keep everything together has been extremely difficult.

I have been out of work due to injuries and lack of transportation, and I'm at a point where I feel like I'm out of options. If you haven't heard from me much lately, I'm really sorry. I haven't wanted to drag others down with me, and being happy has felt like an impossible task as I have been battling with heavy depression from this situation. It feels like time goes by so fast and so slow at the same time.

My bills are piling up. I lived paycheck to paycheck before the accident. I have stretched my resources as thin as they can go. I have sold all my personal belongings that hold some type of value. I'm looking for work again now and trying my best, but it's not happening fast, and life doesn't stop.
