Support Sam Cote's Memorial Expenses

It is with incredible sadness that on June 21st, our cherished friend and brother Sam Cote was involved in a motorcycle accident and sustained life-threatening injuries. Sam was in RI Hospital and fought as hard as he could for five weeks before unfortunately succumbing to the injuries and passed away peacefully on the evening of July 31st.

To all that knew Sam, then you know he was a simple, hardworking, fun loving, genuine hearted, "Tough at Times” kind of a guy and we loved him for that. He loved going out on the road and driving his Kenworth. He adored his fur pal JoJo. Sam definitely had his share of struggles like anybody, but when needed, he would always lend a hand, a ride, or a crude joke.

Sam was always there for us and now it's our turn to show up for him. As we grieve together, we recognize that an unexpected financial burden is upon us, as Sam was a self-employed worker.

We are reaching out to our community for support by starting this GoFundMe to help the financial burden and honor Sam’s “end of life” wishes.

Any contribution, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated and will go towards any memorial expenses so we can give Sam the sendoff he deserves.
