My name is Sam Baruco. Back in 2023, I had a serious accident at Rhodes Skatepark in Boise, ID, where I fell 18 feet face-first onto concrete. From that, I lost 9 teeth in total and broke my jaw along with other bones in my face. Since then, I've had to go through 2 surgeries, multiple teeth extractions, and am currently in braces with a third surgery on the way.

I started this GoFundMe in hopes to help cover some of the costs associated with my Final Work Up appointment, as well as the third and hopefully final surgery. The final work-up consisted of getting all scans and measurements needed, as well as post-op care. Due to the severity of the injury, it is required before surgery and is something my insurance will not cover and will be completely out of pocket. This will also help cover the cost I will have to pay out of pocket for the procedure itself and for the time I will take off of my full-time job for recovery.
