Help Salvador “Papa Chamba” Hernandez Recover After His Second Stroke in El Salvador

My name is Scott, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my father-in-law, Salvador Hernandez, lovingly known as Papa Chamba. He recently suffered his second stroke while living in El Salvador, and he is already battling Stage 4 kidney failure, which makes his condition even more serious and his recovery far more complicated.

This combination of medical challenges has severely affected his mobility, speech, kidney function, and overall quality of life. He urgently needs:
