So, many of you know in February, on our way to doing dinner service, our trailer was hit by someone, destroying our kitchen and essentially putting us out of business in an instant.

We had so many of our supporters reach out wishing us well, and some suggested starting a GoFundme, but we were resistant to the idea as we thought after years of faithfully paying for several "good" commercial insurance policies that we'd be covered in an unfortunate situation like this. Fast Forward 6 months later, and the Insurance company continues to delay the process and is determined to settle for far less than the cost of repair or replacement. We have gone from a Public Adjuster to now having to hire an Attorney to help fight this Insurance Company. After talking to him recently, he did not inspire hope in resolving this quickly. More frustrating than anything is we can't even do anything with the trailer until the case is settled. Frustrating, to say the least.
