from Gaza Strip, Palestine.
Building our home wasn’t easy. It took over ten years of hard work, long hours every day, and mounting debt. But it was our home, a place filled with love and dreams for the future.
At the beginning of the ground war on the Gaza Strip, our area was subjected to indiscriminate fire and shelling, which resulted in our beloved home being hit and destroyed. After that, we were forced to move six times, taking refuge in uninhabitable places, where we faced constant threats, evacuation orders, and dangers day and night.
Today, we find ourselves living in a poor tent on the street, surrounded by others experiencing similar conditions. These tents lack basic necessities of life, and epidemics and infectious diseases are spreading.
