My baby sister, Salma, is not a baby anymore!
After successfully obtaining her GCE in Palestine, she spent the whole year in Europe searching for opportunities, volunteering, looking after animals and applying to different universities. Nothing worked. Now back to Palestine, she has just completed a semester of Environmental Studies at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies with very good grades, during which she applied for the study of Biology and Genetics Bachelor program at Vytautas Magnus University of Vilnius, Lithuania, and she was accepted! A dream come true.
However, as a sole provider for the whole family, I am not able to fully support her with the tuition fees AND living costs there but I want to help her pay her tuition fees, due by the end of this month. If you know Salma, you know that she wants nothing more than to pursue this particular study. For her, it was a chance in a million, her dream becoming true.
As my birthday is coming up, my only birthday wish this year is to help my sister become a scientist the world needs right now. So I created this fundraiser to ask you to help me raise the funds needed to pay for her first year study costs, which would be the best gift I could receive.
