Our mom, Sally Young, has been diagnosed with Stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue with involvement of localized lymph nodes. This diagnosis has been devastating for our family.

Sally is preparing for a major surgery, followed by an anticipated 7-day stay in the ICU. After surgery, she will undergo radiation treatment, speech and physical therapy with a long and difficult recovery ahead.

During this time, our family will be supporting Sally through treatment, extended hospital stays, and recovery. Our goal is to help remove the financial burden from Sally so she can focus fully on healing and recovery, without added stress.
