Hi, my name is Salem Alanqar, and I’m 26 years old. A life-changing injury left me paralyzed from the chest down. Each day presents new challenges—physically, emotionally, and financially. The costs of medical equipment, transportation, therapy, and everyday needs add up quickly, and sometimes it feels like I’m carrying the weight of the world.

But I’m not giving up. I’m pushing forward with everything I’ve got, and I know that small steps forward lead to big progress. My family made an incredible sacrifice, selling our car to fund my private therapy, and it’s made a real difference. I’ve seen signs of improvement, but the cost of continued therapy is more than we can afford.
