Support Sal DiBenedetto's Stroke Recovery

Hi, my name is Toni Marie and I am Sal's daughter. Together with my brothers Salvatore Jr., Michael, and Christopher, we are creating this GoFundMe for our father.

Our dad sadly suffered a stroke on October 6th, 2024. The stroke left his throat paralyzed, and he is no longer able to eat orally. He now receives nutrition through a PEG in his stomach, which he handles with dignity and grace.

After this devastation, we encountered another setback when his doctors found that his carotid artery had a 90% blockage, which resulted in another surgery on November 13th. This surgery came with setbacks as we were working so hard with therapy to try to regain muscle strength in his throat to aid in swallowing.

While he works diligently with his team to help with recovery, the financial burdens that came with his absence from work have taken a toll. My dad is a proud man and would never ask for help, so we are asking for him.

Our dad has helped and supported so many in his life. He's a friend to all and makes everyone laugh wherever he goes. His demeanor has been nothing short of positive and hopeful throughout this horrible ordeal. Please help us show our love and support by donating to his cause.
