Background

Sakarra started playing softball when she was 6 years old. She tried out for her first travel team at 8. When she is on the field, she lights up with joy and passion, and hopes to continue playing in college.

Now, nearly 10 years after she started, she has the opportunity to play all summer long with an 18u team that will give her exposure to college coaches and practice against girls already signed to college teams.

This summer, Sakarra will play in 6 tournaments across 3 states in 6 cities, totaling 23 days of travel. We are hoping to raise funds to cover the cost of 23 nights in hotels and rental cars.
