Support Saifur's Medical Transport to NY

As-Salamu Alaikum/ God bless you, and thank you for taking the time to click this GoFundMe link.
Unfortunately, my family has come across a medical emergency and can greatly use the help of the community and our friends. Whether it be donations or prayers, everything counts.
My sister-in-law, Sayma Uddin, was traveling with her husband, Saifur Rahman, and their 5-year-old, Zara Rahman, to the UK to visit family. On the flight back home, Saifur suffered a medical episode called hypertensive crisis. His blood pressure shot up to 220/176, and he ended up fainting after projectile vomiting. Unfortunately, efforts to assist him on the plane led to him aspirating, filling his lungs with vomit and fluids, resulting in pneumonia and a severe lung infection.
The airline decided to make an emergency landing in Reykjavik, Iceland, where they admitted him to the Landspitali University Hospital's ICU. While there, Saifur was not able to breathe due to his condition, which led to the hospital staff intubating him and putting him in an induced coma in order to treat him. Saifur then suffered a stroke in the medulla region of the brain, which controls involuntary breathing. Unfortunately, for the foreseeable future, he cannot survive without a ventilator.
Our efforts to coordinate with insurance to fly him home have been denied.
As you can imagine, the financial burden that this situation has taken on our family has been extremely difficult. We brought our little niece Zara back to the US but are requesting assistance in covering costs to fly Saifur home back to his family here in NY.
Sayma continues to remain in a foreign country to be there for Saifur; however, this is causing a lot of issues because they are now away from their child.
We were quoted $87,000 to book a private medical air transport with all the necessary medical interventions and staff to fly him back to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey so that we can transfer him to a hospital near home.
Saifur is a loving husband, son, and an amazing father of a 5-year-old. He is in stable condition despite being currently bedbound. We are continuing to pray for his speedy recovery but would love to reunite him with his family in his home country.
Again, if you cannot help with donations, we ask that you pray on his and our behalf as well as please take the time to share this post so that we can spread the word.
God bless you all, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
