Hi everyone! My name is Linda Hensley, and I am creating a go fund me page for my mother-in-law and father-in-law, Susan and Larry Harvey. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey lost their only safe form of transportation on Tuesday June 3rd. Larry was involved in a collision that totaled out their car in Kingsland by HEB. Larry had both his son and daughter in the vehicle with him, who were down from South Carolina visiting him and Susan. Larry tried to avoid the younger lady who was pulling out of the HEB parking lot area, but the accident was simply unavoidable. Everyone involved in the accident is okay, praise Jesus! They had an angel watching out over them!

Susan and Larry no longer have a safe reliable form of transportation to go to their upcoming doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, or even seeing family. They live out in a small village in the Hill County that does not have any close clinics and grocery stores. They drive about 30-45 minutes to go to all of their doctor's appointments. Susan has a hard time getting around and moving. She has a bad hip, knee, shoulder, and feet pains and getting in and out of a vehicle that is bigger is hard on her and her husband, Larry who helps make sure she gets in and out okay. Their little car was perfect for them because Susan was able to get in and out of it comfortable. Their car was a Buick 1998 car, and because it is an older car the insurance company will not repair the vehicle. Mr. Harvey does all of the driving taking her to doctor appointments, errands, and church.

My biggest fear is that there will be an emergency, and Larry will not have a car to either get Susan to the hospital or be able to visit her in an emergency situation. Right now, my family and I have stepped in to help them with coming and going, but Susan struggles with getting in and out of our vehicles. My husband, Mike Hensley, myself, and Susan and Larry kids and grandkids, Katelyn, Sean, Tabytha, Krystal, Jayme, Larry Vearl, and Sheri is wanting to help raise enough money that they can have a safe and reliable little car again without the monthly vehicle payment. We all know that they cannot afford another monthly bill, so our goal is to have their next car paid in full.
