This January, my girlfriend Sadie will begin an exciting new chapter - starting school at SUNY ESF. Anyone who knows her knows she is truly something special: a bright light, a sharp wit, a kind soul, and one of the most supportive and selfless people I’ve ever met.

Sadie just completed her first year of college with a 4.0 GPA - a reflection not only of her intelligence, but of her work ethic, determination, and love of learning. She shows up fully in everything she does, whether that’s in the classroom or in the lives of the people around her.

Over the past two years, she has been an incredible partner to me, supporting me through my own journey with patience, encouragement, and belief. Now, I want to do everything I can to support her as she takes this next big step toward her future.
