My name is Carrie and I am here to help out one of my oldest and dearest friend's navigate a horrible ordeal. Sarah Custer's daughter Sadie and her best friend Kaylee were involved in an accident that they miraculously survived. While they were stopped in a construction zone a truck careened into them going approximately 70mph. Both girls have suffered spinal fractures, head injuries, and tons of cuts and bruises.

Fortunately Kaylee has been cleared and is now healing at home, while Sadie is going to be in the hospital and then a rehab facility for at least a couple of weeks.

While Sadie is in the hospital in Santa Rosa, Sarah is staying with her, but there are not accommodations for her to sleep. They live in Fort Bragg, so commuting is not an option.

At this point, Sarah needs some help with her time off work and finding a hotel or airbnb to stay in for the duration of this challenging time. Any help is appreciated, as Sarah is one of the most generous people I know and is there for everyone when they need it...right now it's her turn. She absolutely hates asking for help, so I am doing this with her reluctant approval. If you know Sarah, you know what that looks like.
