Hello everyone. My name is Sabrina. I received a heart wrenching phone call today, that my parents’ home was unfortunately caught on fire and deemed a total loss.. A home that has been a safe space for, not only my parents but for myself, my 2 brothers, my daughter, my grandparents, and family and friends who have visited over 24+ years.

At this time, we are left with uncertainty, but what we are certain of is that life does not stop and at the end of each day, everyone needs a place to lay their heads and meals to continue day to day. It is roughly estimated that my family will be out of their home for approximately 9 months to a year, possibly longer.

If you know me or any of my family, you know that we never ask for help but will never hesitate to help others. Today, the roles are reversed and although times are hard right now for everyone, we would greatly appreciate any and all help. With everything lost in the fire, this would go towards temporary housing, food, clothes/shoes, and all of the above. It’s going to be a tough road ahead of us, but we will rebuild in due time and your support in every way means everything to us!
