We are Saurav and Savitri Singh, parents of our little angel Saachi.
She is just 3 years old — full of laughter, curiosity, and a spark that lights up our entire world.
But today, that light is under threat.
Our daughter has been diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 3 — a disease that slowly weakens her muscles, takes away her ability to walk, stand, sit independently, and over time, can make even breathing difficult.
We first noticed something was wrong over 14 months ago — when Saachi struggled to do simple things that other children her age could do effortlessly. What we prayed was “just a phase” soon turned into the most heartbreaking truth of our lives.
When doctors told us she has SMA, our world shattered.
