Greetings, my name is S. A. Jenkins.

Right now, my limited income is an urgent matter, and my disability is keeping me from working far longer than I expected. My return to work is my goal, but I am in need of help in the meantime. Major bills and matters are due in a timely period!

Since spring of 2022, after a stroke that put me in a financial hole, I've had difficulty. Currently, since October, I'm on short-term disability, living with ongoing health issues, including CKD, and recently diagnosed with daily migraines.

The immediate financial needs are outstanding power and water shut-offs,

my car is over 20 years old and is in need of some critical repairs. The car has no heat and exhaust issues and some other brake issues. As well as medical debt for my doctors grp, additional medical resources not covered by insurance. The Medicaid was of help until the recent management.

Then there's my urgent moving costs so I can lower my cost of living while on disability, if I can, since the federal voucher programs have been cut.

I have reached out to many charities, as well as the many local, state, and federal programs, and as many well know in these troubled times, there is very little available or accessible. The amount listed is for the full accumulation of all concerns.

Our world, as of now, has many people who are in need. Even within this struggle, I see the blessings and have been blessed, but I still struggle.
