My name is Jenn! I’ve set a personal leadership goal to raise $1,500 in support of a Black woman-owned business. This isn’t charity — it’s about community, representation, and creating opportunities where they matter most. Too often, Black-owned businesses, and especially those led by Black women, face systemic barriers to funding and growth. My commitment is to do my part to close that gap, starting right here, right now.

For this campaign, I’ve chosen to support Rytm Candle Company, founded by Brooklyn native and attorney Jenell Renee Ellison, Esq. Rytm is more than candles — it’s a sensory brand that pairs scent with sound, curating moods and stories that connect to music, culture, and creativity. Each candle is hand-poured with intention, blending wellness with artistry, and representing the kind of innovation and ownership that deserves to be amplified.

Your contribution helps Rytm Candle Co. cover immediate needs like materials, packaging, and vendor opportunities that allow the business to grow and reach more customers. More importantly, your support sends a message: we see you, we believe in you, and we invest in you.
