We are a family of six, and our lives were turned upside down when our only boy, Ryker, had a serious dirt bike accident. The handlebars struck him in the throat, causing a trachea tear. It was a terrifying moment for all of us, and Ryker had to be life-flighted to Doernbecher Children's Hospital. We are so grateful that he won't need surgery, but his recovery will take four to six weeks and require several follow-up appointments.

Ryker is a sweet boy who loves riding his dirt bike, BMX bike, and being around his friends. Seeing him go through this has been incredibly hard for our family, but we are staying strong for him. The donations we receive will help us manage our regular bills, cover travel expenses for his medical care, and pay for any medical costs that insurance doesn't cover.
