Ryder is my son's best friend, and he’s just 10 years old. Recently, Ryder and his family received the heartbreaking news that he has been diagnosed with B Cell ALL leukemia (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) ALL is a fast growing, aggressive cancer of the blood and bone marrow where immature white blood cells rapidly multiply, overcrowding healthy blood cells. This diagnosis has turned their world upside down, and they are now facing a long road of treatments, hospital stays, and uncertainty. Ryder’s mom, Amanda, will be staying by his side throughout his treatment, which means she will be out of work for the foreseeable future. His dad is doing everything he can to support the family, traveling to the hospital every day after work to be with Ryder and Amanda.
The costs of food, gas, tolls, parking, and medical expenses are quickly adding up, putting a tremendous financial strain on Ryder’s family. They are doing everything they can to stay strong for Ryder, but they can’t do it alone. Every donation, no matter the size, will help ease their burden and allow them to focus on what matters most—Ryder’s health and well-being.
I am asking the community to come together and help this family out. Your support will make a real difference in their lives during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for showing Ryder and his family that they are not alone, and that our community stands with them.
