HELP ME REBUILD MY LIFE WITH A PROSTHETIC ARM!

Hello, my name is Ryan Battaglia, and I'm reaching out to ask for your help and support as I navigate a major turning point in my life. I lost my dominant arm and sustained many injuries due to someone drifting their car on a busy public road, hitting me head-on while I was riding home on my motorcycle. It's been one of the most challenging experiences I've ever faced physically, emotionally, and financially. Losing a limb changes everything. Simple daily tasks like getting dressed, cooking, driving, bathing, even using a cell phone become huge obstacles. The arm that I have is completely reconstructed and due to constant over use I'm struggling with everyday tasks and in constant pain. My hobbies and career came to a sudden stop. But more than that, it's about reclaiming independence, confidence, and the ability to fully live my life again.

Before this life-changing event, I was a hands-on guy through and through. I spent my days working as a mechanic, building and fixing cars and bikes. I've always had a deep passion for mechanics and the freedom that comes with riding a motorcycle. Whether it was turning wrenches in the garage or hitting the open road, that was my world, and I miss it every single day.

I'm fundraising to get a prosthetic arm, not just any arm, but one that will allow me to live more freely, return to my career as a mechanic, care for myself, and pursue the things I love. The type of prosthetic I need is advanced and customized, which unfortunately comes with a high cost. Insurance covers only a portion, and the rest is out of pocket. The total estimated cost is $10,000, which includes the prosthetic itself, fittings, physical therapy, follow-up care, and expenses to travel to New York multiple times.
