Support Ryan's Final Journey at Home
Donation protected
Help Ryan’s family provide needed care so he can be home with Kristy, Dylan (15), and Kamryn (14).
Ryan Pachciarz (48) was diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma (brain tumor) in February 2024. He has fought hard but is losing the battle against this devastating disease. He is now home on long term Hospice with a life expectancy of 3-4 months. He needs bedside care 24/7 since he is bedridden and needing total supportive care. Hospice only provides a nurse visit once or twice a week.
As you may not know, long term care is not paid for by medical insurance. We anticipate his needed care could cost at least $7000 a month and could even be as high as $900 a day depending on his needs.
Many friends and family, who don’t live close by, have asked how they can help; contributing to this fund is one way to help. All funds will be used to provide Ryan with needed care to stay at home and any excess will be used, if possible, to establish a scholarship in Ryan’s name at Summit Trail Middle School where Ryan taught.
All of Ryan’s family are devastated to lose him at such a young age and are grateful he will have this time at home surrounded by family. All of us have appreciated all the daily prayers and support we have received. God Bless.
A big thanks from his Mom
