Support Ryan's Fight: New Dad, New Hope

Hey all - thanks for taking the time to read this! I’m Haley and Hannah is my sister. I’ve been fortunate to have Ryan as my bro-in-law since he and Hannah started dating in 2012 as cute little high schoolers!

I have created this site to hopefully help lighten a very heavy burden Ryan and Hannah have recently been dealing with. Ryan was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last month and has since had his thyroid removed. Unfortunately one of his lymph nodes returned positive for cancer, so his treatment for this cancer will continue a little longer than we had hoped. His next step is a consult at Mayo Clinic and a treatment called radioactive iodine to eradicate any lingering cancer in his lymph nodes. He will receive close & continued monitoring in the months to come, to ensure he remains free of this unwelcome cancer!

As many of you know, Hannah and Ryan just got married last year and they recently welcomed the sweetest baby, Saylor Rae; born October 3rd. She is the sunshine in this storm, without a doubt!

Anyone who knows Hannah and Ryan knows they would give the shirt off their back for anyone in need and have a hard time asking for help; so I come to you boldly to ask for your help in one simple way, when so much else is out of our control at this point. Hannah and Ryan have both missed work for an abundance of appointments, healing from surgery, and many more appointments to come. Your support would help them to have one less thing to worry about.

Additionally, please pray for these precious people who are loved so much! We know God has a good plan for Ryan and specifically ask for prayers for: complete healing, his body to be rid of this cancer, and for a calm mind as he navigates this valley.
