Eagle Scout Service Project – Summer 2025
Help restore the Main Softball/Baseball Diamond at Holy Family Regional School
Hello! My name is Ryan Warburton, and I’m a Life Scout with Troop 125 working toward the rank of Eagle Scout. This summer in July, I will be leading a service project to renew and revitalize the main softball/baseball diamond at Holy Family Regional School—a place that has meant so much to me and so many others.
The field could be a central part of the student life. It is right behind the south campus playground, is used for gym classes, and recess time. However, it needs serious attention. With your support, I plan to:
Regrade and level the infield.
Use a sod cutter to remove overgrown grass and dandelion weeds.
Install new aluminum team benches.
Improve overall safety and usability for all students.
As part of the Eagle Scout requirement, I will coordinate this project by organizing volunteers, securing materials, and leading all phases of the work. I will also be responsible for raising the funds needed to complete it.
The fundraising goal is $4,700. I have already raised $760 through a non-uniform day at Holy Family. All donations will go directly toward the cost of materials, tools, and equipment for the project. Any leftover funds will be donated back to the school for future athletic improvements.
Holy Family has been a home to many, and this field is a place where memories are made with classmates at recess, gym time, and playing kickball with our teachers. With your help, we can restore it for future generations of students to enjoy.
Thank you so much for supporting my Eagle Scout journey and helping renew a special part of Holy Family Regional School.
With gratitude,
Ryan Warburton
