Ryan’s story so far..

10yr old Ryan began with an upset tummy and sore legs, and as we do as parents, it’s probably something you’ve eaten and it’s growing pains.

Ryan's upset tummy & sore legs unfortunately didn't go away.

The doctor's referred him to the emergency at Monash Children's Hospital, where he has been since the 21st of February.

With blood tests, scans, bone marrow samples & lumbar punctures, it soon became clear to the Doctor's that Ryan had B-Cell Lymphoma - stage 3. (Curable)

Main tumor in his liver, the size of a golf ball. Not spread to any other part of his body.

This diagnosis has been a huge shock to all in his life and left his family feeling heartbroken.

We are hoping to raise some money for the family, to help ease the stress’s of life so they are able to be there to support Ryan through his treatment and recovery.

These funds will help towards everyday living expenses, parking, petrol etc...

Ryan has now been in hospital for 3 weeks. He has definitely been the strongest and most brave little man throughout this. He has a big journey ahead of him and a lot of love around him.

Initial treatment of Steroids & Chemotherapy is 6 - 8 months.

6th March 2024 was Ryan’s first round of chemotherapy.
