Meet Ryan Hedrick, a loving husband who is currently at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). He’s in need of a lifesaving liver transplant, and while there is hope—potential donors are currently undergoing testing—the journey is far from over.
As you can imagine, the emotional and financial burden on our family is enormous. Between the hospital stays, medical bills, post-transplant medications, and the travel and food expenses for family staying nearby to support him, the costs are adding up quickly.
We are asking for your support—any donation, no matter the size, will make a difference. Your generosity will help cover:
- Travel and lodging expenses while he’s hospitalized at UPMC
- Meals and transportation for family members supporting him
- Medical bills and transplant-related costs not covered by insurance
- Ongoing care and recovery expenses following the transplant
Ryan has always been the one to show up for others. He’s someone who brings laughter and light wherever he goes, and now we’re hoping to show up for him in his time of need.
