Support Ryan and his family during this challenging time
Donation protected
On July 14th, my best friend Ryan Levin, 45 years old, received devastating news: he was diagnosed with inoperable stage 4 pancreatic cancer that has metastasized to his liver. This news was life-shattering and heart-breaking, changing their world overnight. For those who know him, Ryan is one of the most genuine human beings—kind, loving, loyal and always putting his friends and family before himself. He adores his wife, Katie, and their 5-year-old son, Grayson.
Ryan was admitted to the hospital on July 5th after experiencing exhaustion and loss of appetite, and he was soon transferred to Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. After undergoing numerous tests, doctors discovered a large tumor on his pancreas, which has already spread to his liver and lymph nodes. The location of multiple tumors on his liver is causing it to fail, making further treatment impossible. He is currently dealing with severe symptoms that make daily life and tasks extremely difficult. Despite the gravity of his diagnosis, Ryan is facing this battle with courage and hope. We are praying and standing in faith for strength, peace, and comfort during this incredibly tough time.
Ryan’s greatest joy is watching his son Grayson grow. He has devoted his heart and soul to providing the best life possible for him. Greyson is starting kindergarten this fall and will be playing travel hockey along with many other activities, as 5-year-olds should. As you can imagine, this is a challenging time for Ryan’s family as they witness him fighting this formidable disease. He is receiving hospice care at home to ensure he finds the maximum comfort during this time.
Given his sudden prognosis, I am doing everything I can to support Ryan and his family. Your donations will directly support his medical expenses, alleviate the significant financial burden facing his family, and contribute to eventual funeral costs to honor this extraordinary man and the lasting legacy he will leave with us. Your support is crucial, and together, we can make a real difference.
