Support Ruth's Road to Recovery

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out today for help funding my sister's way to recovery.

This past Saturday, my parents received a phone call at about 3 a.m. letting them know my sister Ruth had been hit by a vehicle while trying to help a stranger in distress. Those who know Ruth know she’s always looking out for others. After arriving at the hospital, Ruth went into surgery and had several other injuries along with broken ribs. Thankfully Ruth is out of ICU and on her way to recovery.

As we know, health insurance won’t cover all the costs and expenses we foresee like Dr. visits, check-ups, and physical therapy, so we’re reaching out to our loved ones, friends and fellow neighbors for support. All funds will go towards covering medical bills, PT and travel expenses. As of now, we’re unsure as to when she’ll be able to return to work so anything helps. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

We appreciate everyone who’s reached out and sent their love and well wishes. Ruth is not only a Sister but she is a daughter, aunt, and to many, a dear friend. We hope that soon she will be able to come home.
