Hello, my name is Russell Butler and I I lost my vision in 2021. I am on disability so I have limited income. I am starting school for the blind in Austin. TX in Janiary. This is an amazing opportunity for me but requires funding that is straining my limited funds. There are required items that I must have before moving and I do not have the money to purchase them.
