Support Russell: Facing a Brain Tumour & Financial Hardship
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Mitchell, and I am reaching out to you to support my dear friend, Russell Lee, in his time of desperate need.
I have known Russell for nearly 35 years, and he has always been one of the liveliest, funniest, and kindest souls I know. Russell, a spirited 65-year-old from London, England, has faced unimaginable hardship. In January this year, his world was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with brain cancer. The prognosis is grim, with a tumour buried deep in his brain, making surgery too dangerous. This cruel disease has robbed him of his ability to speak clearly, perform everyday tasks, and, most heartbreakingly, work.
Russell’s battle with cancer is not his first. Just ten years ago, he triumphed over bladder cancer. But this latest diagnosis has shattered his world. With no family to lean on except his loving daughter, Courtney, and his new grandchild, Theo, Russell is struggling both mentally and physically. He can no longer afford to pay his bills or even buy food, let alone cover the mounting medical expenses.
Russell knows the profound pain of loss. His father died when Russell was only 30, leaving a lasting impact. He fears that Courtney might face the same heartache and is determined to leave her with only happy memories, despite his dire circumstances.
I am raising funds to help Russell during this excruciatingly difficult time. Your donations will go towards his living expenses, medical bills, and basic necessities. Your generosity will not only provide him with financial relief but also the precious gift of time—time to focus on his health and create cherished memories with his daughter and grandchild.
Please consider donating and sharing this campaign. Your kindness and support can make an extraordinary difference in Russell’s life. Together, we can help him find a glimmer of hope in his darkest hours.
Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
