My father was a military man and a Kansas City chiefs fan. He was stern as could be, but also as safe as a Teddy bear.

Rufus was not the best at money. and while there may be dispersement coming, it doesn’t help us today. I would like help in raising funds to help cover funerary costs, costs related to his Celebration of Life, and costs related to his costs of living, rent and truck payment.

He passed at the end of the month when bills come due and we haven’t even started talking about vacating his apartment. One more months rent will give us the opportunity to bury our father and then begin to settle his affairs.

My dad has three children and four grandchildren and he wanted to give them the world and watch them grow up. Instead, his youngest daughter and youngest granddaughter found him when we thought he was lost. We take comfort knowing he is no longer lost, and goodness knows, he will never be forgotten.
