Howdy, my name is Scott and I need to talk to you about Ruckus.
Ruckus is my 9 year old Great Dane/Mastiff, he's my best friend in the world, and he needs your help. He started limping a few weeks ago, and after a couple of vet visits, I found out why. HIS doctor told ME that "he is very healthy, his heart and lungs work great, but his leg SUCKS cause it's got a tumor on it, and he needs it CUT OFF."
I said "I guess" and they said "All right, give us ten thousand dollars." TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THAT'S MORE THAN I PAID FOR MY WHOLE CAR!
I don't have ten thousand dollars, NOBODY HAS TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! But then I thought, "I have five dollars, I bet LOTS of people have five dollars!"
- Ruckus has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a very aggressive form of cancer.
- It's important that we amputate soon, the tumor is weakening his existing bone, and will eventually lead to the bone breaking.
- The quote from the surgeon requires a $6200 deposit, but the actual procedure could run up to $8500, and he will need chemotherapy after to stop the spread to his lungs and get him through 2025.
I work full-time and I am dedicating 100% of the funds I can spare to Ruckus, please donate so Ruckus can feel better ASAP!
