My Name is Haley and I’m raising funds for my dear friend Ruby Drew and her family.

A little backstory about this family:

Latoya was married Coltens Mom Amanda Mckennon who passed away when he was 13. He lost his grandmother, Vivian Anne Mckennon that same year. Latoya has been his parental figure ever since and married Ruby in October 2023 where she has loved Colten as her own. Colten is a great kid who has had a rough few years and deserves to be able to rest at without worry.

They have recently come into some hard times with her wife Latoya losing her job while battling medical issues. She had been doctoring since June 15th for a shunt in her head and a CT in July because she was having chronic headaches and increased vision loss. Nothing abnormal was noted other than her shunt needing replaced. In August she started to cognitively decline which lead to Ruby rushing her to the ER in Aberdeen on September 1st where they did another CT and found a tumor in her brain. She was flown to Sioux falls and has been in the hospital in since. Everything came on so suddenly and she is now not expected to make it past this week.

This money with be used for cremation as well as getting caught up on bills with Ruby now out of work. so suddenly.
